Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to the nature of our business (international fulfillment), we only accept returns for:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items
- Defective products
To start a return, contact us at apexera162@gmail.com with photo proof.
In most approved cases, refunds will be issued without requiring the item to be returned.
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
